Upon graduation I felt the need to further my studies as an advocate for wellness, so I then enrolled and graduated from Always-At-Aum Yoga School. In addition to being a board certified Holistic Health Practitioner with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and an Integrative Health Coach, I am a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level with the Yoga Alliance. Health and Wellness is my passion and I am constantly seeking out new knowledge and new programs that will help me serve you best! 
Through Warrior Wellness by Kimberly Ann, it is my goal to help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. I would like to share with you all of the tools and knowledge that I have acquired in order to help you take back ownership of your body, find freedom through the truth of healthful living, and empowerment through the choices you make for your life on a daily basis.

I am the owner and operator of Warrior Wellness by Kimberly Ann. 
Before embarking on this amazing journey of partnership and discovery as a Health Coach, I graduated from Hofstra University with a B.A in English Literature and Crearive Writing and a minor in Psychology. Discovering a need for major health changes in my own life, I enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.
I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program.
During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
Through my training as a Yoga Teacher I have learned how to help my students safely and effectively develop an asana practice. The benefits of a physical yoga practice include, but are not limited to, improved circulation, weight management, increased strength, increased flexibility, stress relief, pain relief, improved breathing, cardiovascular conditioning, and inner peace. During my training, I learned about the anatomy of the physical body as well as the energetic systems of the body, useful meditation techniques, and the power of living within the present moment. Throughmy experience as a yoga teacher, I have become equipped to help my students create their own personal asana practice, find inner peace through the power of meditation, and unearth the warrior for wellness that lives within.
